“Unique by Ermes” rewards program

The “Unique by Ermes” rewards program, which will soon be renamed to “Unique Club”, will continue to operate as usual, but it is now managed by GENCOM LTD. Its subsidiary, ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD, is now the Data Controller responsible for processing your Personal Data.

What does this mean for you?

  • There is no change in how you participate in or enjoy the benefits of the program.

  • Your data remains secure and is used solely for the same purposes as before.

  • You remain in control: you can request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time, or choose to leave the program.
