Refunds

We would like you to be happy with every purchase made from ERA Department Stores.

If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase, along with the purchase receipt or gift card. The exchange of products is assured, provided that the merchandise is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Refund of money can be done as follows:

  • Only upon presentation of a valid receipt will a reverse transaction be made with a return of points being enacted simultaneously
  • We apologize, however money paid in cash or by credit card will not be returned in the case of:
    • Return of discount items or items on offer
    • When there is an exchange card and not a receipt
    • When the payment of the item has been done fully or in part by credit notes, coupons or points

Health & Safety

  • For reasons of health and hygiene, we do not accept returns or changes of products that have been opened or their packaging was ruined: underwear, quilts, women’s tights, swimsuits and earrings, non-selective cosmetics brands as well as food items
  • We only accept returns on cosmetics with their original packaging undamaged or firm wrap intact. Gift boxes cannot be exchanged or refunded

We apologize but we do not accept returns of:

  • Items that were bought in another country or through the internet store of another company
  • Merchandise in shop that does not accommodate the particular department or brand
  • Merchandise that were processed or repaired or items that were sold at low prices as defective and are specially marked or they do not have labels

Specific item categories:

  • Regarding the return policy of seasonal items watches, toys, jewellery, electrical equipment, services and various other sections, special return conditions are valid that will be identified at each point
  • When a complimentary gift is given along with the purchasing item, then it must be returned back to the shop.

Special regulations for safety reasons

  • Credit notes and gift cards are anonymous and therefore they cannot be replaced in case of loss or theft, for security reasons
  • For any card that does not require a PIN, the customer must present an identity card or passport or official document, in order to use it. The same applies in case of redeeming points from the Unique by Ermes Loyalty Scheme and getting discounts from the NKS Card
  • The gift cards are valid for two years as from the date of their activation
  • The credit vouchers cannot be used for purchasing coupons or Gift cards
  • We apologize but cheques are not accepted as a method of paying

We would like you to know that the above mentioned terms do not restrict your consumer legal rights in any way. The company may change the general rules of the store that are valid.
