ERA Department Stores philosophy can be described as a place where art, culture and the latest fashion trends meet in an environment of unique experience for the visitor. Truly to its philosophy, ERA department stores conducted an open competition for Graphic Design Students at Cypriot Universities, inviting them to improvise with the ERA logo and create their own design for the New Season Window Scheme.
The result is innovative and impressive, and is currently displayed at the Windows of ERA The Mall of Cyprus and Central in Nicosia, ERA Zenon in Larnaca, ERA Olympia and ERA Apollon in Limassol, and ERA Korivos in Paphos.
A Committee of 6 independent renowned artists and designers Elena Kotasvili – Set Designer, Maria Lianou – Artist, Marios Neocleous – Art Director & Graphic Designer, Panayiotis Pieridis – Architect, Andreas Antoniou – Art Director, Achim Wieland – Graphic Designer & Theatre Director, have carefully selected 7 artworks to be awarded a €200 voucher each and 4 of those designs are used for the Window Scheme. The Winners of the competition are Marios Pascalides, Prokopis Hadjiprokopis, Giannis Hitaridis, Georgia Michael, Fatima Gabry, Maria Andreou & Niki Azoidou.
The designs that are currently projected at ERA Department Stores in all Cities belong to Marios Pascalides, Prokopis Hadjiprokopis, Giannis Hitaridis & Georgia Michael.
